Cummins Approves B20 Biodiesel Fuel

Cummins announced the approval of B20 biodiesel blends for use in its 2002 and later emissions-compliant ISX, ISM, ISL, ISC and ISB engines. This approval also includes the recently released 2007 engines. The company was able to upgrade its previous position on the use of biodiesel fuel, which had limited the use to B5 blends only, after extensive testing by Cummins and other agencies to ensure the new blend will produce satisfactory performance in the companies' engines.
