E-ONE Delivers First HP 100 Platform

Columbus (Ga.) Fire and EMS took delivery of the first E-ONE HP 100 aerial platform, just five months after the new 100-foot aerial design debuted at the 2007 Fire Department Instructors Conference. “We were approved to buy a bucket truck and the City of Columbus and chief Jeff Meyer wanted the best truck out there for the citizens of Columbus, so that’s what we bought,” said Deputy Chief David Starling. “This truck was specifically designed for our department by the engineers at E-ONE to respond to firefighting, medical and rescue calls.”
