National EVT Academy Scores Another Success

More than 180 emergency vehicle technicians and mechanics registered for classes as part of the National EVT Training Academy in Daytona Beach, Fla., during the week of May 14–18. This popular annual training event is sponsored by the Florida Association of Emergency Vehicle Technicians and is one of the largest in the country. This year's academy attracted more than 140 full-time registrants and 40 walk-in daily registrants to take a variety of classes ranging from EVTCC review sessions to welding.
