FDSOA Announces Symposium Program

The 20th Annual Apparatus Specification and Vehicle Maintenance Symposium is scheduled for January 20–23, 2008, in Orlando, Fla. Organizers announced they plan to have more than 25 presentations on subjects ranging from “Designing a Safe Wildland Fire Apparatus” to “An Update on NFPA 1901 for 2009.” This popular event is sponsored by the Fire Department Safety Officers Association in cooperation with the Fire Apparatus Manufacturers Association.
