Florida EVT Association

The Florida Fire Chiefs Association formed the Florida Association of Emergency Vehicle Technicians in 1996 to provide EVTs with the highest level of continuing education and network support. FAEVT currently has 300 members and hosts its association meeting as part of the annual National Emergency Vehicle Technician Academy. The section council meets quarterly to evaluate and develop training programs for the technician.
