NVFC Health Week Plans in Place

The National Volunteer Fire Council will host its second annual National Firefighter Health Week August 18-22 to create awareness around important emergency service-specific health issues, such as heart attacks, lung conditions, diabetes and mental well-being. Each day during National Firefighter Health Week will be dedicated to a different health issue of particular concern to the fire and emergency services.
