Mix and Match

Recently the Central Yavapai Fire District hosted a hands-on terrorism drill at its new training center in Prescott Valley, Ariz. The drill was based on a high school hostage incident with a large explosion, much like the April 1999 Columbine High School tragedy in Littleton, Colo. Over 250 specialized police officers and firefighters from the Phoenix metro area assisted the Central Yavapai Fire District and Prescott Valley Police Department in the mock drill.
