EMT Fired After Posting Murder Victim Photo

An EMT was fired last week after he posted a murder victim's photo on Facebook, according to the Staten Island Today. On March 30, 26-year-old Caroline Wimmer was found strangled to death in her home. Mark Musarella, an EMT with the Richmond University Medical Center on Staten Island, responded to the scene. Musarella allegedly took a photo of the victim with a hair dryer cord still wrapped around her neck and posted it on his personal Facebook page.
