Junior Firefighter Scholarships Available

The National Volunteer Fire Council’s National Junior Firefighter Program is offering $100,000 in scholarships to outstanding junior firefighters and grants to their departments. The criteria and application are now available at www.nvfc.org/juniors. The National Junior Firefighter Scholarship and Grant Program will award 10 scholarships worth $5,000 to junior firefighters who demonstrate commitment and dedication to their local program and the fire service. The departments of each scholarship winner will also receive a grant of $5,000.
