Gridiron gurus tackle diversity

Legendary T.C. Williams High School football coaches Bill Yoast and Herman Boone have been selected as keynote speakers at Fire-Rescue International in New Orleans next month. The story of how the coaches transformed the newly consolidated Alexandria, Va., school's 1971 Titans football team into a model of racial and social integration was told in the 2000 film “Remember the Titans” starring Denzel Washington as Boone and Will Patton as Yoast.
