Walking Billboards

It's very difficult to differentiate one firefighter from another while operating on the fireground, and the Tucson (Ariz.) Fire Department needed better physical and visual accountability of crew members and division/group managers in the hazard zone while members are in full personal protective equipment. The department previously has put the member's name across the rear of the helmet and on front of the SCBA face piece, and placed unit-labelling magnets on the sides of helmets.
