3M Gives Money to Fallen Firefighters

3M used the Fire Rescue International show in Atlanta to donated $30,000 to the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation. The donation was presented on behalf of 3M’s Visibility and Insulation Solutions business, as part of an ongoing Firefighter Appreciation Program. The Firefighter Appreciation Program was established in February 2006 for firefighters and their families. For every proof of purchase on a National Fire Protection Agency compliant set of turn out gear with Scotchlite reflective material fire coat trim, 3M donates a percentage of the proceeds to the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation.
