CFSI Picks Price as top Fire Lawmaker

The Congressional Fire Services Institute will to honor Rep. David E. Price (D-N.C.) with the 2008 CFSI Legislator of the Year award. The annual award acknowledges members of Congress who seek to enhance the capabilities of the fire service through significant contributions in leadership and legislation. In his history as a fire service advocate on Capitol Hill, Price has steadily pursued additional funding for our nation's firefighters and first responders.
