New Fire Chiefs Named

Randall Osterman takes over as fire chief in Florence, S.C., and in Canada, Rick McCullough became the new director of protective services, which includes the role of fire chief. Osterman had served as the Hilton Head Island (S.C.) Fire Department's deputy chief for seven years. He directed fire and EMS delivery, training and prevention activities.
