Fallen Firefighter's Family Tries to Reopen Lawsuit The family of a St. Louis firefighter who died in 2002 is looking to reopen a settlement it reached with Survivair in 2006, saying the company withheld information. The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports that the family of Rob Morrison settled its wrongful death suit for $2 million to $5 million, but its lawyer, Dan Finney saying that the company withheld relevant and damaging information.
