Congress Passes Fire Safety Act

The United States House of Representatives and Senate approved and adopted language from the Campus Fire Safety Right-to-Know Act (H.R. 592/S. 354) as part of the conference report of the Higher Education Opportunity Act (H.R. 4137). President Bush is expected to sign it into law.
