Fitness Tool's Firefighter Treadmill

The Thorotread is a patented treadmill that moves both forward and backward. In the backward mode, the user can simulate several movements that are job specific to firefighters such as a body drag, lifting and carrying a person on a gurney, pulling a hose, and more. There is a pulling handle on the front of the treadmill that is attached by a cable to a patented adjustable weight resistance mechanism.  All of the controls of the machine are located on the pulling handle for on-the-fly changes.
