Wilson Offers More Green Tips

There are a number things that can be done to help stations go green. Here are a few ideas from Jim Wilson Architects: Install drip irrigation where possible in lieu of spray-type nozzles. Install a water-harvesting system to collect and store rain water for use in irrigating the landscape. Install light sensors that monitor whether or not someone is in the room so that lights turn off automatically when room is not in use. More sophisticated light monitors also can be installed that analyze the amount of daylight in a room and turn on or off accordingly. ...
